A collection of environments I worked on in the 10th anniversary remake of Qube by Toxic Games. Working on Qube was a dream come true for me as I was a huge fan of both the original and the director's cut versions of the game when they originally released. I am very thankful to the devs over at Toxic Games for giving me the opportunity to work on the project.
As a contract environment artist my work on the project was centered around performing the art and lighting pass on all level blockouts in sectors 1 through 7, I however did not work on the new Sector 8 puzzles. There wasn't a whole lot of modeling and texture work to do as certain things like the puzzle related objects as well as the puzzle exit signs, light fences, and most of the modular cube meshes were already made before I joined the project. However, the cube materials and texture work was all handled by me, as well as some modeling and texture work for light fixtures and destroyed cube pieces.
